Capacity Building for building the Microfinance Sector in Afghanistan
Developing a comprehensive capacity building programme for senior and middle management teams of 8 MFIs supported by Microfinance Investment Support Facility Afghanistan (MISFA), a CGAP-led consortium of international development agencies and donors. EDA team would provide training, capacity building, technical assistance and handholding to MFIs to support MISFA's mandate of building a microfinance sector in Afghanistan.

Training of NGO team responsible for promoting enterprises among SHGs
Training on enterprise promotion and management delivered for the partner organizations of NIPCCD, working for the Swashakti project, which involves promotion of women SHGs. [National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development (NIPCCD); 2005]
 
Training on using market research for designing an enterprise promotion programme
This course was developed by The SEEP Network , USA in partnership with EDA. An introductory offer was made in May 2005 and the participants included people occupying senior management positions from various organizations like CARE India, WORLP, APITCO, APMAS, Margdarshak, IDE India and Nidan. Training on sub-sector analysis
Leveraging its experience in sub-sector studies and micro-enterprise promotion, EDA has developed and offered a two-module course on Sub-Sector Analysis – for planning sub-sector based interventions in micro-enterprise clusters. [India , 2001]
